The ripe viognier grapes are manually picked just before dawn for optimal freshness. The wine is matured in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats resulting in a light-yellow color with elegant scents of ripe nectarine and peach, flowers and intriguing mineral notes.
We enjoy Viognier as an alternative to Chardonnay and often pair it with foods seasoned with Mediterranean spices, root veggies or our favorite shellfish.
