This 100% Cinsault is made from organic grapes with no added sulfites has a delicate color with hint of violet. The nose has an intense note of rose then opens to produce more subtle aromas of peony and raspberry. Tian Ran has a very delicate and full mouth, with the tenderness of Cinsault at the first sip.
Tian Ran pairs nicely with white meats that are seasoned with thyme or rosemary, pasta with butter and sage or simply enjoyed on its own. Served slightly chilled.
