Hand harvested, a short fermentation, and aged in stainless steel vats, this rich red has a delicate, fine, and fragrant nose, with floral, violet, and ripe black fruits notes. The palate is rich and silky, full of fruit, but with a super fresh acidity. A very complete wine which is an authentic expression of its terroir.
This rich red pairs well with hearty meat dishes and spicy sausages such as merguez.
