About the Domaine
Sustainably farmed and traditionally hand-picked, the Chenin grapes are aged in old oak barrels. The outcome is a structured-bodied white with greenish-gold highlights, subtle acacia, apricot and lychee aromas and a generous palate with round, smooth tannin and structured body.
L’Etincelle is a more sophisticated wine that is a great fit with rich fish, poultry and mild cheeses.
