The ripe Petit Verdot grapes are the last to be picked each year. After total destemming, fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, the result is a dark red wine with purple hues. Petit Verdot is juicy and peppery with a hint of licorice, that opens nicely with air.
A hearty red that nicely accompanies lamb dishes, beef and pasta of all kinds.
