Cieux is made of 100% old organic cinsault grapes that have been aged 6 months in concrete vats. Cieux pours a bright ruby red with a violet rim with aromas of crushed red berries and rose petals.
Cieux is the perfect summer wine. We enjoy it served slightly chilled with Mediterranean dishes and grilled vegetables.
