With restrained use of sulfites at bottling, the 100% organic Gamay Saint Romain grapes are hand-harvested from the best parcel, 3/4 destemmed and aged 11 months in wood barrels. A concentrated and complex yet smooth wine with dark fruit and spicy aromas that perfectly reflects the parcel, with the freshness of the altitude, the minerality of granite and the fruit of Gamay.
Clos du Puy is a complex red that we enjoy with Boeuf Bourguignon, tajine or lamb.
